Tasks related to spatial planning formulation, changes, and comprehensive reviews, allocation and adjustment of spatial function zoning and land use, comprehensive planning for rural areas, feasibility assessment and planning for infrastructure projects, review of land use permits, execution and maintenance management of land function zoning boundary stake monitoring engineering, issuance of spatial function zoning certificates, management of land use for the implementation of the spatial plan, examination of cases requiring approval, and investigation and remedies for violations of spatial use control measures.
Planning Section
Tasks related to international communication, cross-city cooperation, comprehensive policy and related strategic planning, analysis of comprehensive development strategy, engineering feasibility assessment, supervision of residential development projects, and comprehensive management of campsite revitalization projects.
Urban Planning Section
Tasks related to urban planning formulation, changes, comprehensive reviews, deliberations, revision of spatial use zoning control systems and related regulations, planning and surveying of feasibility for urban infrastructure projects, and preparation of digital topographic maps.
Urban Land Administration Section
Tasks related to the execution and maintenance management of urban planning zoning boundary stake monitoring engineering, urban planning demolition and construction projects, implementation of land use zoning control under urban planning, regulation and enforcement, volume transfer and additional volume review, supervision of building management, the establishment of urban planning geographic information systems, and providing access to urban planning document and map data for inquiry and viewing.
Landscape Planning Section
Tasks related to urban design deliberation, promotion of urban design-related policies and regulations drafting, planning, design, and execution of urban regeneration and townscape environmental landscape projects, planning and engineering for community environmental space creation, national-level important wetland conservation, utilization, and operational management, among others.
Administration Office
Tasks related to documents, files, treasury, general affairs, property management and information, legal affairs, public relations, research and examination activities, and other matters not belonging to other departments.
Accounting Office
Conducting annual budgeting, accounting and statistic tasks as per the law.
